Upon delivery of your processed content, we transfer full intellectual property ownership of all delivered tracks to you. Once delivered, they are 100% yours — to resell, relicense, modify, or publish in any way you choose.
We do not reuse or redistribute tracks once delivered. Our system deletes old projects every 2 months for data hygiene and exclusivity assurance — so your tracks are yours alone.

We accept common audio formats including WAV, MP3, AIFF, and FLAC. Final deliverables are provided in high-quality formats as specified in your service package.
For pricing purposes, 1 song equals up to 4 minutes of audio content. Longer tracks will be calculated accordingly.

We retain project files and metadata for a maximum of 2 months for quality assurance and support purposes. After this period, all project data is automatically deleted to ensure your content exclusivity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EbVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
While we strive to ensure our services comply with platform terms of service, we are not responsible for any platform-specific policy changes or content takedowns. We will provide replacement content or refunds for valid DMCA notices or policy violations.
We are not responsible for changes in AI platform policies, availability, or functionality that may affect our services. We will work to adapt our services accordingly.

While we use advanced AI systems for content processing and generation, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from imperfections or meet all creative expectations. Our services enhance and improve content but may not achieve perfection in all cases.
